Rob has extensive experience in strategy, planning, due diligence work, expert reports, business appraisal, corporate restructuring and company acquisitions. He has a proven track record in fund raising from venture capital, private equity and financial institutions having successfully raised over $20 million in seed and venture capital.
Business development skills combined with experience in sales, marketing, logistics, distribution, manufacturing and product development give Rob the expertise to manage a wide variety of projects across a broad spectrum of industries. He is a team player, developing strategic and operational plans, and leads the effective implementation of those plans through motivated teams.
Rob has proven experience as a senior executive having performed the roles of CFO, Managing Director and Marketing Director with Allergan Inc (U.S. multi-national pharmaceutical company) in a career spanning 12 years and 4 countries, Pluto-AJI Pty Limited, Furniture Australia Pty Limited, Oldfields Limited an ASX listed company and recently a start up company Alphasafe Pty Limited.
Rob holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree majoring in Accountancy and Financial Management from The University of New South Wales. He is a Chartered Accountant.
