Kerensa has extensive experience in financial services markets, including investment management, stockbroking and asset management operating within the regulatory requirements of Australia, UK and South Africa. She has worked with CEOs, boards and executive teams in implementing change programs in processes, systems and compliance. Her strengths include establishing and aligning measurement and reporting systems with commercial goals. She has worked in industries characterised by complex regulatory compliance.

Kerensa has over 15 years experience, most recently as CFO of MMC Asset Management, a boutique Australian fund manager with over $570m under management. Reporting to the CEO and the board, she was on the risk and audit committee and was responsible for internal and external reporting as including ASIC and scheme compliance functions.
Previously Kerensa was Head of Finance for Cazenove (now JP Morgan-Cazenove) South Africa, reporting to the local CEO and global CFO based in London. This was a broad role encompassing finance, compliance, HR, IT, company secretarial and public officer responsibilities. She managed significant change; bringing the settlement function in-house, moving the currency trading desk from to London to Johannesburg, transitioning to electronic settlement on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange and setting up business continuity and disaster recovery plans. Kerensa held senior finance and accounting roles at Citigroup and Investec.
Kerensa has a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) and is a member of CPA Australia. She is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
